400. The New Sinister Six 22: Interrogation

Daleks have worked with humans before, but they've treated them as servants when they did. They also have enslaved humans.
Daleks have are terribly Xenophobic (as Doc Ock mentioned towards the beginning of this story arc), but if they viewed the superheroes of Earth as a threat, they would probably hire some humans to take them out.
Anyway…did anyone guess it was the Daleks?
