Chell is one of those silent protagonists that video games seem to be teeming with. I was trying to decide whether I wanted to have her remain silent or if I wanted to have her be a motor mouth normally. As you can see, I chose the latter.The reason being is that Valve has said pretty much what Chell is saying here: that she just doesn't want to talk to GLaDOS.The other reason is that one of my other comics, Chrono Redux, already does the mute protagonist remaining mute in the comic, so I wanted to do something different.
