Let's do the Time War again!
No, wait…
Yeah, this is the post-traumatic stress disorder Doctor. He sometimes broods, but he still has the Doctor's sense of humor and Eccelston plays both parts of the character well. (Making him my favorite.)
Sadly, Eccleston chose not to be in the BBC's special. Well, you can't get out of my special, Eccleston. And I'm not going to blame the 9th Doctor for what his actor refuses to do. 
Just makes me disappointed. Oh well, I'm still holding on to the hope that he'll do a secret cameo when John Hurt regenerates.
