686. The Sinister League 02: The Plan

Normally, I wouldn't want a villain to just come out and say his entire plan at the beginning, but I liked the idea of the audience knowing and watching it unfold before the superheroes as it was happening so you guys would know what's at stake. I think my story makes a little more sense told this way.
Yeah, the cloud dispersal system was borrowed from Amazing Spider-Man and the prop itself is made from part of the 11th Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver. (I have very limited props.)
Also, it looks like the Ra's figure has glowing eyes, but I didn't do anything to them. I think it's just the way the paint catches the light. Plus, you have a darker contrast around the eyes, which make them stand out.
