763. The Goblin Returns

I always forget that Green Goblin slowly learns to speak normally in Ultimate Spider-Man series. He starts out with the vocabulary of The Hulk and slowly his mind and his speech return to him as the series progresses. And also his ability to control when he transforms into the Green Goblin rather than relying on the Goblin formula to change.
