I know there are some people out there who legitimately believe that getting into The Joker's mind messed up Ledger to that point he needed to take sleeping pills. I heard he already had problems and have a hard time believing a fictional character has that much power. I honestly don't know since I didn't know Ledger, nor is it my place to make any speculations.

That being said, last time I saw a recent picture of Jared Leto, he had short bleached blonde hair. I assume they're going to dye it green next. I'm actually quite happy. I loved Ledger's Joker, but I'm glad they're keeping the long greasy hair to be Ledger's trademark and not make it a Joker staple.
