If I do something as a habit (like making new comics based on the new trailers/news), I want to be the one to point it out because I figure that way at least I can let the reader know that I'm aware I'm doing it.
And I considered making a reference to the fact that the first trailer/teaser created the riffing between Batman and Superman, but decided to go another route with it.
Oh, and the leaked Suicide Squad trailer (potato quality video) showed Leto as being a very competent Joker. Wasn't crazy about the makeup (tattoos didn't bother me and I liked the grill because it showed Affleck's Batman as being brutal) because it made Leto look more like a pale skinned pedophile, but seeing him in action really erased my doubt.
