I liked the movie quite a bit. I thought it was better than the prequel movies and Return of the Jedi and I liked Return of the Jedi. I think I still like the original and Empire Strikes Back (specically the original as it's my absolute favorite of the series) better than The Force Awakens, but hey…third best? Not a bad start, Abrams.
Also…Matthew Parkman is an X-Wing Pilot. I know that actor has done other thing since Heroes (too lazy to IMDB search him), but I'm going to always see him as Matthew Parkman.
