1020. MCU Villains

I came to realize that most of the villains I like from the MCU are because of their actors. Not many of them are that memorable, but their actors did fine with what they're given. Also, the ones I like aren't really given enough time AS villains to become enjoyable. Eccleston, Bridges, and such are great examples of this, but given how much Obadiah Stane did outside of the armor, I really don't understand how people say he was a lackluster villain. I thought he was great playing both sides.
