This was announced by Ben Affleck himself. He tweeted a short video of Deathstroke's armor. No idea who's playing him, but I'm hoping he's the solo villain…or at least being paid by another villain to fight Batman.

I loved seeing Deathstroke on Arrow, but my biggest complaint is that the actor wasn't menacing enough and we BARELY saw him in costume. That annoyed me off more than anything. The gave us this badass looking Deathstroke costume and he's in in for maybe a minute the entire season.
