1127.Fett's Escape

Much like the Stormtrooper, this Boba Fett is a model kit. The previous one was from the Black Series. Black Series looks nice, model kit looks much nicer, but a big part of that is that I did some very, very amateur painting on this guy. Mostly the scuffs, some weathering, and bringing out the red in his visor. I painted some details on his gauntlet, but you can't really see it. I say "paint," but really, I just used some Gundam markers and brushes. I ended up removing some of the scuffs and tried to go for a bit more screen accuracy, but it's still not that accurate. Whatever.

For a beginner at painting, I'm happy with how this turned out and I had to show him off in Pegwarmers.

Also, I wanted to give him the red gauntlets from Return of the Jedi, but my red wasn't the right color and there are other details I would need to do to make the rest of him RotJ and I was too lazy to do that, but too anal to just change the gauntlets, so I kept the green ones.

I'm sure none of you care about any of this, but i found a new hobby and I'm kinda getting better about it. Especially since all I did to the Stormtrooper was build him and put on the decals.
