I was going to go with a Mean Girls reference, but I felt that would be too obvious.

"Oh my God, Batman! You can't just ask someone why they're black."

This is something that came across my mind while watching the movie. Not that they made Batgirl black, but imagining Batman reference asking her why she's black. I wouldn't do that with other characters they've made black, but given that Lego movie Batman is a parody of Batman, if this weren't a kids' movie, I could imagine them making this joke.

So I'm making it.
