He's not Eddit Brock or Flash Thompson anymore in the comics. Actually, I can't remember the name of the current host, but I don't like him as much. I preferred the anti-hero, Agent Venom. Eddie Brock will always be Venom to me, but Agent Venom was still really cool.


Actually, these were my two thoughts upon hearing this: "At least it's not Topher Grace" and "Someone who played a user of venom is going to BE Venom? Cool."

Yeah, I hope this pans out. I'm looking forward to seeing Hardy as Venom.
