IT'S A TRAP!

This comic exists because A. I wanted to make a Star Trek Discovery comic and B. I thought it would be hilarious to have Star Wars characters talk about Star Trek. That being said, growing up I never knew there was such a rift between the two groups of fans. I mean, I think it gets played up worse than it is, but to me, they were two separate things.

I loved space exploration as a kid and both Star Wars and Star Trek kept my imagination going. I never even connected them other than both taking place in space. When I watched Star Trek, it was all about Star Trek. When I watched Star Wars, I wondered why they didn't have teleporters, but other than that, it was all about Star Wars. The rivalry is something I found out about as I got older and it's utter nonsense.

I have no specific affiliation of one over the other. I like
both and depending on what I'm in the mood for, I will favor one over the other for that short time.
