This was me. I went and saw The Last Jedi on Thursday (it was pretty good. Not one of my favorites and I felt it was a bit weaker than Force Awakens, but definitely a good Star Wars flick) and then I discovered today (Friday) they were FINALLY playing The Shape of Water in a local theater, which meant I didn’t have to drive to Dallas to watch it. Okay, Dallas isn’t that far, but still…

Honestly, I liked Shape of Water, but I’m glad I didn’t have to drive to Dallas for it. Wouldn’t really have been worth it. But as I was walking out, I chuckled to myself seeing this big long line for people seeing The Last Jedi. I was like “been there, done that. See you in a couple of weeks.”
