Since I saw Hellboy, I thought I would talk about it. I have only read a few issues of the comic (started reading it recently) so I can't talk about how accurate it is, but…Hellboy was a dark, but fun fantasy superhero movie. Excellent cast, a good story, excellent designs for Hellboy, the monsters, and so on.

The reboot, on the other hand, was very lacking and I think it has to do with the absence of Del Toro. I love the designs and dark, gothic tone he brought to the series and the reboot lacks the charm. David Harbour was okay, but I love the low talking/mumbling Ron Perlman. I saw some of Mignola's artwork in the issues of Hellboy I read and I swear that Ron Perlman went into the design of Hellboy because comic Hellboy LOOKS like Ron Perlman!

Oh…uh…Gwenpool and Spider-Man are talking about something. I guess we should pay attention.
