I kinda had to add some dialogue to Superman for this to make sense because even with motion blur on The Flash's arm, I wasn't sure if it did or not.

If it's still unclear, one of The Flash's abilities is that he can vibrate his molecules through things, essentially making him able to pass through them and basically through the Hulk's skin.

That's one of the things I like about The Flash (and some other superheroes) is that he has one power, but all of the things he can do is a result of that power rather than him having multiple powers. For instance, his ability to pass through things is done through super speed. His ability to create cyclones is done through super speed. His ability to throw lighting is due to super speed. It ties in rather nicely.
