For this guy you're going to have to be very observant as the pages come out to determine what his power is . By Pg. 15 you will have a strong knowledge of what is the nature of his power. For now simply know that as the Elemental was observing an Earth Elemental can not change the shape of the matter he controls without breaking it, yet a serpent-like pillar of earth was made from the wall without breaking it and unfortunately used to destroy the fort's wall.
