I present the King of Evanstia. It is to no surprise that Purifiers and Elementals are so zealous in their jobs against heathens and Wild-Bloods(those that manifest their powers by turning into a demon-like figure instead of just controlling an element), when they have such a ruler.

A purifier is basically either a paladin,scientist, or monk that kills Wild-Bloods or in this case commits torture and studies of those of interest, in this case Kodicia for his unique ability. Yellow-eyed guy is wearing the traditional uniform and seems to be the one in charge of the "purifications".

Thank you for your comments and support. It is very interesting to see what you think of these new events and characters and that the story is actually rolling along.
