Dun dun dun…seems Maiara is not going down without a big fight, not even against a fallen angel. It seems that the source to his power is that the "black extensions" run throughout all his body instead of just his back and arms.

Your comic doesn't really seem to need to much help. The only thing that I could really suggest would be to make the pages 20%+ bigger.
