I know that cadmium is not that similar to cat-meow, but no one said that Nene - the intern - is any good with puns. And yes, you find the weirdest animals in the weirdest contexts in labs. One lab I knew had a mummified bat hanging next to a exhaustor. My lab had ants that, for some reason, loved to walk next to the chemicals and would fall on them if we forgot the lids. And there were the spiders. Oh, God, the spiders.
