Sometimes I forget that when the team is in Tartarus I'm supposed to use different color backgrounds. Also I was trying to make the color be the same as the clock you'd be on at this point in the game. The only explanation I could think of for why you can't bring more people is that Tartarus has narrow hallways and maybe thats why. Don't want it getting crowded. I DO give the game credit though for coming up with a logical explanation as to why we can't all gang up on the final boss.
