Originally the last panel was revealing that Nanako walked up to him holding a bloody knife and that she had just cut her hand, but I'd already drowned a puppy in this comic, I thought perhaps mutilating a child was going too far.
This is actually the last event of Yu's story mode, but I moved it to take place before they all say farewell to Labrys the next morning because…well…it makes more sense, dammit lol.
