I actually didn't know that you could go to SEBEC and meet with Kandori and Takeda at this point in the game. I only discovered it when watching RedQueeny's walkthrough videos on Youtube (which were VERY helpful)
Everyone knows that when you need to go to the hospital you decide to run around the entire city to get all your errands done first (that's sort of a hint for the next few comics lol)
