Despite really trying to be, I don't think I'm quite into the inner circle of Persona fandom to understand the appeal of the phrase "Mark Danced Crazy" but from what I can gather, it's a phrase from the original localization that become popular, and so Atlus USA decided to keep it in the game for the fans.
Also for what it's worth, I actually did do a tiny bit of research and drew a demon that DOES get Angry if Mark dances. Also his dance moves are stol-um…inspired by an old Calvin and Hobbes comic.
