Gotta be honest with ya, guys… I'm running out of steam to keep this strip going. For one, I don't find it very funny. I mean it might actually be funny but it doesn't amuse me, and I make up at least 50% of this strip's audience. For two, these are all like, over a year old. I need to be doing new stuff. For three, the drunkduck just seems emptier and more depressing nowadays. I've got an idea for a new series that would appeal to fans of TV's 24, but I don't know if I care enough to make a drunkduck out of it, especially since it's so hard to get noticed around these parts.

I'm kind of over video game stuff, save Exonia Saga, and that's what most DD comics are all about. Not to disparage them, I just need a change of pace is all. I'm thinking of developing a couple of series for potential publishment…online comics, though I love them so, don't seem to offer me much of a future in terms of getting to spend my days either playing video games or drawing funny animals.
