Another case of the game writing the jokes for me, I didn't change what this guy says at all, I just gave him a banjo and a rocking chair, made him sing it, and its suddenly a joke. I also wanted to point out that like like all old RPGs, the random people would never give you any more information no matter how many times you tried talking to them.
