I get the distinct impression that Reone just got really, really lucky here.

…-'Yknow, it's so easy to forget, but these human expressions I've been drawing Reone with are just a convenience, too. With no humanoids around to… interact with, he'd emote like a member of his own species… or, more likely, the species he'd been trying to imitate most recently. But in this flashback I doubt that'd be human.

Ah well. Funny how I didn't even think about it until just now.
