Knowing that Tokyo has a population 12,369,000… (Tokyo, not all of Japan) there will be alot of trash!!!! And the government charges extra money for special bags to use for trash. These bags are color coded for each type of trash. The bags are not cheap, knowing that you have to use them all the time, the cost adds up! There are no land fills that people can take there own trash to, big items cost extra to toss out! So behind most bars and returants are piles of trash… (-_-) not what evey one thinks of when thinking of Tokyo!
