(^O^) this is a typical cop car in Japan… yes, it's not big, or fast!!! There are smaller ones for parking patrol, and big busses for crowd control, but this one is the all around do'er of the force!
('.') the roads here are packed, and the traffic signals are NOT timed.. so, perps' wont be getting around to fast, so, the cops do not need a huge fast monster car here! and the Japanese cops know that the radio can go faster than any car on the roads!!
