(OO) This is how one can tell money in Tokyo!!! Keep in mind this is west Tokyo, but the fact is, land costs lots of money here, then taxes are the highest in the world. For someone to have a yard like this just tells me $$$$$$$ !!!

(^U^) but it is very beautiful, and this person must love it.. just the quick glance in the gates I can see this private garden rivals the puplic parks and some amusement parks.
