I feel that Bella reacted appropriately. Admittedly waking up to find yourself cuddling with a clown would be rather disconcerting -although it does sound like a position I would find myself in the morning after one of the wilder parties I have attended.
This is why if I ever go to Vegas I should be kept under constant surveillance if we go to the "Circus Circus" hotel (considering that if I'm in Vegas I probably won't be sober for any particular length of time).
