Page description:
An evening view of the outside of the palace overlooking a canal with one battleship moored and another cruising in. Pinky's mother leads her and Kincaid to a place they can sit down to chat, there's some snappy quips between the two. Pinky sits down with Mr Kincaid and they start to tell her what's up.

Commentary:
Late, but a day earlier than it was last week! Hmm. I used a ref pic of a real location in Tripoli for that top pic. I think it might be a shallow ornamental canal really, but who cares eh? That warship is based of an old French one, "Bouvet" I think. The pic of "the Palace" is actually some very lovely Venetian style buildings in Algeria Square in Tripoli. Again, I closely followed my ref pic. The pic in the last panel was drawn years ago, but always intended to be part of this scene. It's been updated a bit because Pinky and Ace needed changes.
