If Pikachu didn't have to use all his strength just to hold on right now (an heroic feat in itself) he would probably be able to do this PokÃƒÂ©-animÃƒÂ©-style - that being using thunderbolt every damn time something happens, ignoring elemental strengths and weaknesses totally, since Pikachu in the series is an almighty GOD of cute PokÃƒÂ©mon. Though this particular enemy is actually weak against thunder.
