When I first posted this comic on DeviantArt, I was swamped with comments listing quality japanese animated shows.
Thus I now accompany this strip with a disclaimer:
I know there is good anime and manga out there. I hero worship Miyazaki and was a closet Sailer Moon fan when I was a little girl. I do not mean to discount the skills of Japanese artists. It is the blind, slavish devotion to all things japanese of certain people (You know who I'm talking to!) that causes me ire.
Also, 4Kids is the devil. I thank you.
