TRANSLATION

MATEO: Mat-Man told me he found you in the street in a pitiful condition and asked me to take care of you until you’re fine…
NICOLE: I’m fine, thanks…

MATEO: Alright… you can leave if you want to, but… I’d like to know why you were there to begin with anyway…

NICOLE: I’m sorry, my name is Nicole Beckett, a Laws 2nd year student in the Sacred Universidad de Los Montes
NICOLE: He’s a little weird but he seems to be a good person… (Nota: she’s kinda snobbish, so she uses English words as literal traslations from Spanish expressions which don’t necesarily make sense in English, so I decided to sacrifice these wordplays for a better understanding)
MATEO: Uh-huh… (Mateo on the other hand makes literal translations of French expressions with Spanish words. The phrase “Ah bon?” has many meanings depending on the context or how it is said; here too I’ll translate the meaning of what he says rather than underline his misuse of words)
