Well, it seems the only way to fix my sister's computer (it's a HP Laptop if anyone is curious) is to either reinstall Vista or install a fresh copy of Windows 7 (which is apparently what she wants to do) and thus deleting all of her data. Apparently there's nothing else one can do in this situation, unless someone found something? Another acceptable method is figuring out how to do an upgrade install from the boot disc, since I can't access the desktop and thus can't run the update window (if you get what I mean) :V

Send in more guest comics and such.
