…and then he's attacked by a giant, bloodthirsty intestine. There was nearly a line identifying this thing as something along those lines, but I cut it out for obvious reasons.

Another thing that got cut out was an idea to have this creature be steaming. It's an awesomely icky idea, actually: dark, slimy things are gross enough, but when there's STEAM rising from it, you just KNOW it's nasty. Thing is, vapor is REALLY hard to draw, or it is for me anyway. This time it's not just laziness, but I honestly thing the page turned out better without me trying and failing to draw steam cloud all over it.
