005: Down but out?

I know its not that good i didnt have enough PMD sprites of the pokemon chosen
and also quilava dosent have his flame because he is not using fire attacks and also quilava is down is he out?

If people have the pokemon i need availble in PMD please help

I will stay with these sprites and make my own moving ones

If you don't have PMD sprites, then don't use the pokemon.
Use some other sprites…
