Hey guys, Gabriel Here.

For a whopping 50 years, Professor Oak is FORCED to do the same thing until his Hitler Gene kicks in, or his Alzheimer's disease continually him succumbing into who he is.

Gary, basically introduced Professor Oak to technology since Oak was born in the late 20's. Buying him an iPad clearly ENHANCES his disability.
