After taking out Staryu AND Mankey, Aerodactyl's really weak.

Initially, Aerodactyl would have won if Charmander hadn't recieved all the boosts. Examples, bred perfectly so as to learn Flamethrower as an Egg Move, being given Charcoal (even though it's never mentioned), and Aerodactyl's final attack which allowed Charmander to activate Blaze. And the addition of STAB.

Aerodactyl didn't stand a chance…

Oh yeah, and Charmander has evolved! Yeah! Even more power!
