Gary's obviously very happy he has a chance to thwart Team Rocket. See if you can remember this very line:

"Of all days…that day…so many years ago…and I couldn't help you…"

"If they're just going to keep continuing this…then I know what I have to do. You will be avenged, Tyson…"

Anyways, the window panel doesn't seem to look right. Obviously, since Pokemon is all bird's eye view (except Pokemon Emerald's cutscenes), and they have no window scenes at all.
