This is the first appearance of Wally in Random Kanto/Battle Frontier. Serves as a bit of introduction to the character. You will also see him in Battle Frontier.

This comic also serves as a bit of a plothole filler, as Koichi had been planning the invasion for a few days, but Giovanni only met the President on the day of the invasion.

The 'Closed' sign was made in MS Paint in about a minute's worth of work.
