Speed should determine the power of some attacks. After all, the more speed you gain, the more power is in a punch. Physical moves such as punches and kicks should be affected by speed.

In this, Articuno has used Agility to power its way through 5 floors and through the ceiling of the cave, making a large hole and shooting rocks everywhere.
