Filler: Team Aqua's Master Plan

I gotta say, out of all the Pokemon villains, Team Aqua had the worst plan.

Team Rocket were working for profit, Team Galactic wanted to use legendaries to take over the world, Team Magma wanted to make a volcano explode to make more land, but Team Aqua wanted to freeze a volcano, fill it with water, and make a water Pokemon habitat.

That was just really stupid. Worst plan ever.
