Brendan and May have selected 6 of the 20 Pokemon with the lowest base stat totals. All of the 6 are from the Hoenn Dex.

The lowest base stat total out of all the current Pokemon is of Sunkern, with a total of 180. The highest, of course, is Arceus, with 720. I believe the highest base stat total of a non-Legendary is Slaking, at 670, at the same level as Kyogre, Groudon and others.
