Noland is making sure that his previously useless Pokemon are entirely useful! Dustox may have gone down, but so has Arcanine! And to me, it looks like Noland's ahead, since getting rid of an Arcanine is a lot more important than getting rid of Dustox.

And Wally remembers stuff. Yes, I decided not to evolve Kirlia, even though he fights with one in Pokemon RSE. I changed it so we could have the evolution in Kanto.
