Gary's strategy to stop Lee from getting away is… fire? Really? He lit a fence on fire, possibly destroying the nearby Pokemart, to stop a criminal?

Oh well, at least he didn't summon some kind of spirit to stop him or something.

Children now have fire breathing dragons. Huh. Makes you think.
