Okay, so I finally found out about the Rotate Layer effect on Paint.NET. Seriously, why didn't I ever look at the menu before? If I knew, that whole Machamp/Pidgeotto flying scene would've been SO much better. I finally realized that there was some kind of Rotate when I was reading Reidy's comic that there must be some kind of rotate thing, because he uses it all the time and he only uses Paint.NET. How could I not notice that? :P
