It took really long to get the Thunder the way I wanted it to look. Oh well! I like this comic. It's the biggest electric attack yet, covering most of the panel and a bit of another, too.

There's no joke at the end of this one, unless you count Lt. Surge's comment. That's okay, though. It just needs a conclusion. We'll save that for the next one.
